Terms of Service

1. Service

Buildfyio is a managed deployment platform. You may use it to build, host, and serve web applications subject to these terms.

2. Account

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to host or distribute malware, run abusive scanners, send spam, or violate applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend workloads that do.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Usage above plan limits is billed at the rates listed on the pricing page.

5. Termination

You can cancel any time from billing settings. We may terminate accounts in violation of these terms with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranty. Our total liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
